The split sleeve and grooved numbered posts facilitate easy and quick assembly, while the all-welded shelf construction is supported by architectural wire trusses, providing between 600 lb. and 800 lb. capacity per shelf. The multipurpose, wide-open hopper front allows for easy access to large part storage, making these systems ideal for various applications such as recycling, storing parts, tools, and warehouse items.
These bins can be stacked up to 6 high, creating a sturdy, tall storage system. Injection-molded from high-density tri-clear polypropylene, they are easy to clean, rust and corrosion-resistant, and impervious to most chemicals. The large label holder enables quick identification, and the optional clear window increases storage capacity while allowing for inspection of parts.
The bottom of the bin features a 6-hole, 1/4" drill pattern, enabling easy hole insertion for drainage. The 8 QGH700 bin measures 19-7/8" in width, 15-1/4" in length, and 12-7/16" in height. These products come with a 1-year warranty against defects, and their all-welded construction, combined with additional wire trussing, ensures high-strength characteristics.
